Independent inspections
and material acceptance
If you require our cooperation in material acceptance, our trained staff are ready to go to external warehouses and construction sites to carry out an independent inspection.
We have all the equipment needed for independent acceptance, which we calibrate regularly. We are ready to be at your service.

Chemical composition verification
Our services include a chemical composition verification (PMI) of all steel grades, including the preparation of a final report. We use a handheld X-ray spectrometer and a mobile spark-optical emission spectrometer.
At the customer’s request, we can also perform a complete analysis of the material in external laboratories.

Valve inspection
Sustainability is important in all sectors. Our company takes care of the inspection and overhaul of all types of valves. We will also provide you with a report of the individual tasks and the final documentation.

Surface finish
We also provide surface treatment of the supplied material, both internally and externally. Steel products can be machined (blasted) and painted according to customer’s requirements. Their preservation is a matter of course.

Transport
We will load the products and deliver them to you. We have two trucks at our disposal. If the delivery requires a larger number of vehicles, we are in touch with capable external carriers.
ISO 9001:2016 certificate
We hold an ISO 9001:2016 certificate, which certifies the implementation and compliance with the Quality Management System. This allows us, for example, to supply material for the Nuclear Energy Division of ČEZ, a.s.
Directive 2014/68/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, Module D1
We comply with Directive 2014/68/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council (Module D1) on pressure equipment. In particular, we focus on Module D1, which requires the implementation of Quality Assurance of the Production Process .
